Terms of service

1. Agreement

By accessing Propwise (the "Service"), operated by Propwize LLC-FZ, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. The Service

Propwise provides a CRM platform for real-estate professionals, including lead and deal management, property administration, communications, scheduling, and AI features. We may modify features, with reasonable notice for material changes.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us a license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for the contact information you import and the messages you send through the Service.

5. Third-party integrations

You may connect external services such as Google, Microsoft, or WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Propwise's use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam or bulk unsolicited messaging, infringement of others' rights, interference with the Service, reverse engineering, or attempts at unauthorized access.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase and in Section 8. Except where required by law or expressly stated in Section 8, charges are non-refundable. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after notice.

8. Subscriptions, free trial, and auto-renewal

Auto-renewing subscriptions. The Propilot Pro subscription is offered in monthly and yearly plans. The price is always displayed before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Free trial. New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and payment is collected, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases through the App Store. When you subscribe in the Propilot iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial, as described above), and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Purchases on the web. Subscriptions purchased on the Propwise website are billed through our payment processor and can be managed or cancelled from your billing settings; cancellation stops the next renewal.

AI credit top-ups. Credit top-ups are one-time, non-renewing purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately, are spent oldest-first on top of your monthly allowance, and expire one month after purchase. Top-up credits are non-refundable except where required by law, and are forfeited if you delete your account.

Price changes. If a subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. Where the applicable store requires it, you will be asked to agree to the new price before it applies.

9. Intellectual property

Propwize LLC-FZ owns the Service and all related intellectual property, excluding Customer Data. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can contain errors — review it before relying on it or sending it to a client.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
