Q: Can an AI assistant change my CRM data without approval?

No. Propilot is read-only by default. It answers questions and prepares work without changing any record unless you approve the change first. In the Propwise CRM, any write action shows a Confirm badge and waits for you. In the Propilot app, actions appear as Approve, Edit or Dismiss cards, and nothing happens silently. Every AI action is recorded in a complete activity log you can review in settings, showing what was proposed, what you approved and when. When you are ready, you can enable automatic handling by action type, and turn it off again at any time.

Propilot answers from two sources. The first is your own business data inside Propwise: your leads, deals, contacts, properties, listings and conversations, subject to the same permissions that govern what each team member can already see.
