Dubai isn’t a market we arrived in to build a real estate company. It’s a city we’ve watched develop around us for most of our lives.
“Both of us grew up in Dubai, watching the city rise, quite literally, from the desert.”
Propwise began with wanting to understand the market that had developed around us.
When DLD launched its open-data initiatives, we began cleaning, structuring and learning from Dubai property data.
That work became market-intelligence dashboards used by institutional investors to identify opportunities.
We studied how agents managed their leads, deals and inventory and where disconnected tools slowed them down.
One platform connecting market intelligence with the people and workflows behind every transaction.
Agents were constantly moving between CRMs, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, portals, listing systems, developer inventory and market-data platforms. Each system held one part of the picture, but nothing brought the work together.
“The tools stored information. They didn’t help agents understand what needed attention or what to do next.”
Many company CRMs had become little more than databases. They stored information, but did little to help an agent organise the business, understand what needed attention or move a lead towards a transaction.
So we started bringing the pieces together.
We integrated the systems agents already rely on and connected leads, conversations, listings, deals, inventory and market intelligence in one platform.
DLD transactions, market trends, valuations and unit-level intelligence.
Leads, conversations, listings, inventory, pipelines, deals and teams.
We started by trying to understand the data behind Dubai real estate. Over time, we learned just as much about the people who actually move that real estate and the way they work.
Market intelligence connected directly to the people, information and workflows behind every property transaction.
