How do I connect WhatsApp Business?

Connect the WhatsApp Business API to Propwise so your team can send and receive messages, keep conversations tied to leads, and respond from one shared inbox.
Before you start
Make sure you have the right accounts and access ready so the connection goes smoothly.
You will need:
- A verified Meta Business account
- A phone number not used on the WhatsApp consumer app
- Admin access in Propwise
Connect your number
Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp and follow the guided flow to verify your number and approve the connection.
Start messaging
Once connected, incoming WhatsApp messages appear in the shared inbox and stay linked to the matching lead or contact.
